Operation Manager - Restaurants, Bars & Events

Responsibility
- Overlook food & beverage operation in Prince hotel
- Responsible for leading, training and motivating the team to deliver high quality of customer service, achieve the monthly targets and KPIs and ensure the efficiency of the daily operations
- Proactively targets the solicitation of business from key F&B market segments and provide solutions to exceed guests’ expectation
Qualifications
- Secondary school
- With catering school certificate is an advantage
- A minimum of 6 years of experience
- Good leadership and problem solving skills.
- Strong tenacity, dynamic, creative and solid understanding on the market trend and proficiency in office administration skills
- Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
