Operation Manager - Restaurants, Bars & Events

Prince Hotel, Hong Kong

Responsibility

  • Overlook food & beverage operation in Prince hotel
  • Responsible for leading, training and motivating the team to deliver high quality of customer service, achieve the monthly targets and KPIs and ensure the efficiency of the daily operations
  • Proactively targets the solicitation of business from key F&B market segments and provide solutions to exceed guests’ expectation

Qualifications

  • Secondary school 
  • With catering school certificate is an advantage
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience 
  • Good leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Strong tenacity, dynamic, creative and solid understanding on the market trend and proficiency in office administration skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
