Operation Manager - Restaurants, Bars & Events

Prince Hotel, Hong Kong

Responsibility

  • Manage food & beverage operation in Prince hotel

  • Responsible for leading, training and motivating the team to deliver high quality of customer service, achieve the monthly targets and KPIs, and ensure the efficiency of the daily operations

  • Proactively targets the solicitation of business from key F&B market segments and provide solutions to exceed guests’ expectation

  • Manage and ensure the highest standard of guests and management satisfaction while operating to the established budget and goals.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience 

  • Good leadership and problem solving skills.

  • Strong tenacity, dynamic, creative and solid understanding on the market trend and proficiency in office administration skills

  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
