Responsibility

Manage food & beverage operation in Prince hotel

Responsible for leading, training and motivating the team to deliver high quality of customer service, achieve the monthly targets and KPIs, and ensure the efficiency of the daily operations

Proactively targets the solicitation of business from key F&B market segments and provide solutions to exceed guests’ expectation

Manage and ensure the highest standard of guests and management satisfaction while operating to the established budget and goals.
Qualifications

Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

A minimum of 6 years of experience

Good leadership and problem solving skills.

Strong tenacity, dynamic, creative and solid understanding on the market trend and proficiency in office administration skills
-
Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
