Restaurants Supervisor

Prince Hotel, Hong Kong

Responsibility

  • Assist the manager in directing and supervising all subordinates and assume the responsibilities and duties in the absence of a manager.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is in proper order before opening the restaurant. While closing the restaurant, all closing procedures must be completed and double-checked.
  • Prepare cashier duties such as calculating the tips, credit cards, cash, and all charges throughout the day.
  • Familiar with restaurant’s promotions, menu and their pricing and activities related to the restaurant and hotel.
  • Aware and comply with the hotel policies and standards.
  • Establish customer loyalty by maintaining good customer relations with guest and ensuring that guest satisfaction is met and up to standard.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school certificate
  • Catering school certificate is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage or in hotel industry.
  • Good command of speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
