Responsibility

• Make up rooms assigned as standard set
• Attend guest’s request, inquires and complaint in a professional way and up to guest’s satisfaction
• Check and handle mini bar, guest’s laundry, room status and guest’s belongings left behind in check-out rooms according to procedures and standard set
• Report any damage, repair work, suspect and unusual happenings found on the guest floor to Floor Supervisor in a timely manner
• Cooperate with associates of other department or outside contractor designated for any job to be done
• Maintain all cleaning supplies, chemicals, tools and equipment in good order at all time
• Perform ‘Spring Cleaning’ of rooms as scheduled and standard required

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduated
• Minimum 1 year working experience as Room Attendant. (Preferred but not required)
• Physically fitted, positive, pleasant and courteous to provide excellent services to guests
• Basic English
