Sales Coordinator

Responsibility
1. Under the general guidance and supervision of sales Manager, coordinates negotiation processes, Letters of Agreement, secretarial backup, hotel inspections or any other specific projects as assigned.2.Handles incoming telephone calls.
3.Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
4.Maintain an efficient customer filing system and to ensure all sales activity is managed effectively.
5.Ensure all travel industry related sales activities is managed efficiently; ensure all group bookings are handled and updated accurately and on a timely basis.
6.Entertain key accounts when required.
7.Responsible for assisting the managers in typing / filing correspondence such as proposals, Letters of Agreement, Group Resumes, Thank You letters, Post Event Critique etc.
8.Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
9.Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
10.Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1.Minimum 3 years’college education, good at English both speaking and writing2.Minimum 1 years internal hotel experience in sales and marketing, (Preferred but not required)
