Sales Coordinator

Niccolo Chongqing

Responsibility

  • Handles incoming telephone calls.
  • Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Maintain an efficient customer filing system and to ensure all sales activity is managed effectively.
  • Ensure all travel industry related sales activities is managed efficiently; ensure all group bookings are handled and updated accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Entertain key accounts when required.
  • Responsible for assisting the managers in typing / filing correspondence such as proposals, Letters of Agreement, Group Resumes, Thank You letters, Post Event Critique etc.
  • Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
  • Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education:  Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing 
  • Certification: Programs on personnel and training with qualified academic institutions or professional seminars 
  • Experience:    Minimum 1 years internal hotel experience in sales and marketing, (Preferred but not required)
  • Other:    Strong interpersonal and communication skills; aggressive; initiative; self-confident; established relationship with commercial and industry customers
