Sales Coordinator

Responsibility
- Handles incoming telephone calls.
- Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Maintain an efficient customer filing system and to ensure all sales activity is managed effectively.
- Ensure all travel industry related sales activities is managed efficiently; ensure all group bookings are handled and updated accurately and on a timely basis.
- Entertain key accounts when required.
- Responsible for assisting the managers in typing / filing correspondence such as proposals, Letters of Agreement, Group Resumes, Thank You letters, Post Event Critique etc.
- Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
- Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing
- Certification: Programs on personnel and training with qualified academic institutions or professional seminars
- Experience: Minimum 1 years internal hotel experience in sales and marketing, (Preferred but not required)
- Other: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; aggressive; initiative; self-confident; established relationship with commercial and industry customers
