Sales Coordinator

Responsibility

Provide administration supports to the team including report and proposal preparation, correspondence handling and answering and follow-up on guests’ and associates’ requests in a timely manner

Conduct market research and regular survey of competitor hotels

Assist in conducting market analysis and maintain systematic records
Qualifications
-
Holder of Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-
With a minimum of 1 year relevant work or internship experience in well-established hotels’ Sales and Marketing, Reservations, Revenue Management or Front Office Department

Proficiency in computer literature including Excel and PowerPoint
-
With strong team spirit and commitment of meeting timeline
