Sales Manager
Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel
Responsibility
-
To develop MICE business in managing, relating and acquiring business
-
Be responsible for managing residential groups effectively and efficiently
-
Be the main hotel liaison for MICE group from enquiry to departure
-
Working closely with Revenue, Corporate, RB&E and other revenue-generating department to maximize sales
-
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
-
To attend corporate/MICE events
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in MICE Sales of a well-established hotel(s)
-
Detail minded and equipped with skills of coordination and problem solving
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Fluency in written and spoken English
-
Well-versed in MS Office and other computer applications
-
Less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
