Sales Manager - Leisure
Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel
Responsibility
- Implementing the Hotel’s Sales strategies to develop Leisure business and achieve the targeted revenue.
- To maintain good relationship and extend attentive service to existing and potential clients.
- Work closely with Revenue and other revenue-generating departments to maximize revenue through different Sales activities.
- Perform all sales duties like acquire new clientele, develop and retain existing accounts.
- Research and report upon market trends and market intelligence.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Leisure Sales of a well-established hotel(s)
- Detail minded and equipped with skills of coordination and problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
- Well-versed in MS Office and other computer applications
