Sales Manager - Leisure

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

Responsibility

  • Implementing the Hotel’s Sales strategies to develop Leisure business and achieve the targeted revenue. 
  • To maintain good relationship and extend attentive service to existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with Revenue and other revenue-generating departments to maximize revenue through different Sales activities.
  • Perform all sales duties like acquire new clientele, develop and retain existing accounts.
  • Research and report upon market trends and market intelligence.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Leisure Sales of a well-established hotel(s)
  • Detail minded and equipped with skills of coordination and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Well-versed in MS Office and other computer applications
