Security Guard

Responsibility
- Good knowledge of related position, business knowledge and skills.
- Ensure that inspection work is carried out correctly, check equipment and facilities for damage or running drips, at night all departments have closed their doors and closed windows to turn off the lights and gas
- Responsible for checking the use of fire-fighting facilities, equipment and functional appearance is intact. (e.g. ABC dry powder fire extinguishers, etc.) to ensure proper availability.
- Implement the hotel's prevention and control policy, and do a good job of staff inspection and control
- Patrol the maintenance problems of records and report to the leader immediately, keep the hotel facilities in good condition.
- Check the temporary construction exhibition site for violations of fire safety regulations and promptly correct
- Check public areas for indecent behavior such as sleeping, carrying pets, wearing slippers, etc. and politely discourage and stop it.
- Meet guests at the gate and provide appropriate services to ensure the hotel gate traffic order.
- Security guard should be familiar with information around hotel and city’s unique features and attractions, provide relevant service.
- The security guards should remember guests name, when parking, please call his or her name and greet passionately.
- Deliver unprecedented personalization. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with guests' passions. Create memorable experiences.
- Strengthen patrol points of hotel entrance, to ensure no other people around the hotel. (Such as sending cards, selling mobile phones, etc.)
- The security guard should treat applicants passionate, to make all visitors have a good impression, to enhance the hotel reputation.
- Follow-up and ensure no detail is overlooked. Assume personal responsibility and accountability. Use thoughtful judgment. Avert or solve problems discreetly and quickly
Qualifications
- High school.
- At least 1 year working experience in the same position.
- Good communication skill and self-motivated.
- Good team player and corporate attitude.
- Open to change and new ideas.
