Senior Cook - Pastry Kitchen

Responsibility

  • Follow the instruction of Pastry Chef and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
  • Assist Section Head in preparing serving of necessary dishes as directed by the pastry chef
  • Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments
  • Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
  • Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
