Senior Cook - Pastry Kitchen

Responsibility
- Follow the instruction of Pastry Chef and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
- Assist Section Head in preparing serving of necessary dishes as directed by the pastry chef
- Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments
- Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
- Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
