Senior Cook

Responsibility
- Follow the instruction of Senior Sous Chef and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
- Responsible for production of food items under guidance of Kitchen Section Head
- Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments
- Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
- Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
