Responsibility
1. Buffet station area/food processing area/dishes area/clean and maintain the hole kitchen area/clean the banquet tableware.2. any time, follow the safe operation principle and standardize the washing up.
3. Ensure cleanliness standards meet hotel brand standards.
4. Performs all duties of utility associates as necessary.
5. Familiar with all cleaning procedures for service utensils, equipment, flooring, etc. and strictly correct operation.
6. Ensures clean operation of food utensils and sanitation standards.
7. Knows and implements Points of Hygiene and Safety Standards.
8. Actively participate in the training related to equipment operation and chemical use organized by the department
9. Actively participate in the training by the training department of hotel.
10. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
1.Middle school degree2.Middle school certificate
3.Experience in food and beverage department is preferred.
