Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibility
• Constantly monitor hygiene levels of all areas and take appropriate action wherever necessary.• Recommend changes in systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service levels.
• Ensure all policies and standards are adhered to by all departmental employees.
• Ensure effective utilization and availability of resources (man, material, cleaning supplies etc.) under his/ her control.
• Responsible for ensuring all event function with sufficient operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Having relevant experience in hotels / catering establishments will be an advantage
