Store Clerk

Responsibility
The Store Clerk is responsible for issuing food, beverage, and store requisitions while ensuring all received goods are properly stored and maintained. The role maintains accurate inventory records, supports monthly stock counts, and ensures the storeroom meets all sanitary and safety standards. Additional duties are performed as required to support departmental operations.- Issues food, beverage, and stores requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Receives, stores, and maintains goods in proper condition.
- Maintains and regularly updates inventory records and documentation.
- Assists the Food and Beverage Supervisors with monthly inventory counts.
- Ensures the storeroom complies with all sanitary, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in storeroom, inventory, or stock handling, preferably in a hotel or food & beverage environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, record-keeping, and stock control procedures.
- Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and storage standards in a food and beverage setting.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under supervision.
- Physical ability to handle stock and perform routine storeroom duties.
