Responsibility
- Ensure proper procedures for receiving, storing and issuing general stock items
- Coordinate with the suppliers concerning to goods delivery daily
- Check and maintain the quality and quantity of goods received as per the purchase order, HACCP hygiene standard required and the invoice from the suppliers
- Handle the food & beverage receiving and inventory control
- Keep and update records of all received goods
- Maintain the storeroom clear and in perfect sanitary and safety condition
Qualifications
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in catering and hospitality industry
- Sound knowledge of food & beverage products and food safety standards
- Experienced in using SCM system would be an advantage
- Literacy on MS Excel application
- Responsible and independent with good interpersonal skill
