Responsibility

  • Follow up and implement the instructions and policies given by the Director of Finance via the Income Auditor.
  • Audit credit card revenue and city ledger from rooms and RB&E.
  • Audit of Restaurants, Bars and Events Sales.
  • Audit of banquet revenue.
  • Audit Restaurants, Bars and Events promotional discounts offer
  • Prepare the daily sales recapitulation report.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in catering and hospitality industry
  • Sound knowledge of food & beverage products and food safety standards
  • Experienced in using SCM system would be an advantage
  • Literacy on MS Excel application
  • Responsible and independent with good interpersonal skill
