Responsibility

  • Ensure proper procedures for receiving, storing and issuing general stock items
  • Coordinate with the suppliers concerning to goods delivery daily
  • Check and maintain the quality and quantity of goods received as per the purchase order, HACCP hygiene standard required and the invoice from the suppliers
  • Handle the food & beverage receiving and inventory control
  • Keep and update records of all received goods
  • Maintain the storeroom clear and in perfect sanitary and safety condition

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in catering and hospitality industry
  • Sound knowledge of food & beverage products and food safety standards
  • Experienced in using SCM system would be an advantage
  • Literacy on MS Excel application
  • Responsible and independent with good interpersonal skill
