Responsibility

• General supervision of shift operation, all associates under his control and the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instruction from the Chief Engineer.
• Inspect and control the efficiency of all plants, associated system and equipment.
• Recommend changes of equipment or procedures to achieve the highest possible savings on operation and energy cost.
• Make inspections of all areas of the building and grounds to ensure safety operation; supervision of works in progress and notify defects to be corrected.
• Supervise the section’s daily work, equipment’s running, repair order, does the Maintenance work on time with high quality.
• Supervise and inspect hotel department’s fire preventive works and take proper measures to stop any violation of the fire prevention works.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel both electrical and mechanic knowledge required.
• Familiar with hotel Technical equipment maintenance and repairing.
• strong communication and coordination skills.
• At least 3 years woking experience at same position or 5 years supervisor experience above 4 stars.
