Floor Supervisor

Responsibility
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, guest hallways and service areas
- Check and change the status of the room to make sure it is clean and ready for sale
- Supervise and train staff to ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals to protect the property of the hotel and guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints, ensuring professional and satisfactory service in accordance with hotel standards
- Inspect the rooms to ensure that the amenities, minibar additions and furniture are tidy and tidy in accordance with the hotel's standards and guidelines
- Control supply inventory, picking, linen inventory to ensure adequate supplies are provided and expense budgets are met
- Report any unusual incidents on the floor, handle lost and found, and ensure the safety of guests, staff, and the hotel
Qualifications
- Junior high school education or above
- More than 2 years of working experience on the floor of 4/5 star hotel rooms
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
