Western Kitchen Chef de Partie

Responsibility

  • Have general knowledge of food technique.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
  • Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
  • Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
  • Be familiar with kitchen equipment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experiences as western food cook; hotel experience is preferred but not required
