Responsibility
- Have general knowledge of food technique.
- Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
- Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
- Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
- Be familiar with kitchen equipment.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experiences as Western cook. Hotel experience is preferred but not required.
