Responsibility

• Ensure efficient operation of all systems under charge together with their auxiliary components, and maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
• Faithfully implement instructions from superiors, strictly enforce job responsibility system, and supervise subordinates to comply with operational procedures and hotel staff regulations.
• Arrange regular inspections for fire protection systems.
• Monitor subordinates’ discipline and working attitude, and rectify inappropriate behaviors promptly once identified.
• Administer materials of relevant systems, as well as registration and storage regulations for tool and material requisition by staff.
• Manage daily administrative affairs, equipment operation records, engineering work orders and equipment maintenance orders of the department; ensure all tasks are completed on time, with required quality and quantity, and motivate team members to deliver optimal performance.
• Strictly follow energy-saving plans formulated by the hotel and department.
• Cut consumption and waste of supplies and materials through reuse and recycling wherever feasible.
• The department reserves the right to revise or supplement this job description when necessary.
• Perform any other reasonable duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ working experience as Maintenance Supervisor in four-star or above hotels, or five years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Solid experience in repairing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Sound knowledge of high-voltage electricity and machinery.
• Possess relevant operation certificates.
