City Insider Manager

Responsibility
- Direct and controls the daily activities of the City Insider services, optimising manpower and providing efficient services to all guests.
- Conduct discipline, counselling and training as appropriate to ensure all agents are performing to the expectations of the hotel.
- Responsible for all VIP guests welcome process, ensure all guests are well taken care of during their staying.
- Maintain lobby presence to monitor service standards and implements changes in operational procedures to constantly improve on hotel services.
- Conduct monthly section meetings to discuss operational issues, new hotel promotions, IFS promotions, training plans, information update and any other issues to ensure all subordinates are well-informed of hotel expectations and happenings.
- Chief City Insider offer all guests the cool, new, hip and happening new experiences in dining, clubbing and shopping.
- Chief City Insider will support and drive the Niccolo Personal Shopper program, opening doors and offering inside tips that will always be customised, bespoke and personal.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ college education.
- Minimum 4 years in Front Office in an international hotel with at least 2 years of City insider supervisory experience.
- Golden Key(Preferred but not required)
