Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibility

  • Establish a customer database with target clients, personnel lists, and detailed profiles, updating them regularly to ensure accuracy. 
  • Conduct regular outreach through phone calls, emails, faxes, and promotional gifts to maintain contact and promote products. 
  • Periodically report to management on both existing client dynamics and new client acquisition, while strategically engaging with customers to attract them.
  • Develop a visitation plan for contracted partners, coordinate promotional activities, and maintain strong public relations. 
  • Based on client needs, organise hotel tours with thorough preparation and follow-up feedback, promptly reporting reasonable requests to management. 
  • Conduct market research during peak and off-peak seasons to monitor trends, compile reports, and stay updated on market dynamics. 
  • Manage daily bookings for client calls, visits, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and confirmations while maintaining proper pricing authority for hotel products. 
  • Proactively coordinate between clients and service departments to gather feedback. 
  • Assist in handling guest complaints with flexibility, tact, and courtesy. 
  • Proactively assist in debt collection to prevent financial losses.
  • Actively assist senior leadership in their work, comply with work arrangements from superiors, and complete assigned tasks.
  • Communicate, coordinate and cooperate closely with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Education: College or above    
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; strong communication skills.
  • Others: Ability to gain insights into the market environment and develop new customers.
