The Tropical Oasis afternoon tea presents a delightful experience with an array of seasonal summer fruits. Guests can indulge in savoury delights such as deep-fried mussels accompanied by lychee salsa. Meanwhile, the watermelon with feta cheese, nuts, and mint offers a fragrant and refreshing nibble that is perfect for the summer. Desserts are equally captivating, featuring the handmade tropical fruit ice bars and the tempting passion fruit crêpe roll, making a truly enchanting afternoon that transports guests to a tropical paradise.

The Flavours of Japan and Korea
In the evening, the Japanese and Korean dinner buffet features an unlimited selection of seasonal chilled seafood complemented by a variety of tantalising dishes from both cultures. For hot dishes, authentic cuisine such as the Japanese-style oven-baked miso mayo tiger prawns, the spicy and flavourful yangnyeom chicken and classic grilled beef short ribs. To end, the dessert station offers exquisite cakes alongside delightful sweets, including daifuku, melon jelly cake, and more.
