A Crayfish-inspired Culinary Journey
This collaborative menu is a celebration of our 'Cuisine and Culture' experience. Drawing on Juwei Quji's signature fresh crayfish, the menu breaks from convention to create a vibrant meeting of Eastern and Western flavours, with ingenuity in every dish. The Crayfish and Mango Salad appetiser is a creative textural experiment, pairing the peppery freshness of arugula with the sweetness of ripe mango. The Spicy Crayfish Pasta main course coats each strand in a bold, spicy tomato sauce for a daring flavour adventure. The set also includes a choice of one of three signature snacks: crispy fried chicken wings dusted with Hunan chilli powder; Mexican-style tacos combining crayfish and cod; or the Cocktail Sauce Crayfish Crispy Chicken Burger, which brings together crayfish and a crispy chicken patty for a doubly satisfying bite.

E.D.I.T. x Juwei Quji collaborative set menu is priced at ¥588 per set and is ideal for two to three guests to share from 1 April to 31 October 2026 and is served daily from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Join us at E.D.I.T. on the eighth floor of Maqo Changsha, and share this creative, cross-cultural, locally-rooted flavour experience with friends in a space built for inspiration.
