Italian Romance at Cucina
Amidst the glittering backdrop of Victoria Harbour, Cucina presents an authentic Italian Valentine’s Day set dinner. The feast begins with an Apulia scampi tartare, Ligurian oil, lemon, pink sauce, Kaluga caviar, which combines the rich flavours of the ocean with the freshness of citrus. Next on the menu is a linguine with jumbo Mediterranean red prawn, which is cooked to al dente perfection and served with a Pachino cherry tomato sauce. For the main course, guests can choose between the baked fillet of Chilean seabass, beetroot crust, clams, saffron sauce and roasted wagyu tenderloin, mashed blue potatoes, romanesco, raspberry sauce.

Intimate Soirée at Lobby Lounge
Guests can celebrate their love in the cosy and elegant setting of Lobby Lounge while enjoying a Surf and Turf set dinner. The menu kicks off with a Norwegian salmon carpaccio with caviar, citrus mustard dressing, and lobster foam and is followed by a rich and indulgent traditional lobster thermidor and grilled beef tenderloin with whipped truffle potatoes and zucchini timbale in champagne sauce. To end, the raspberry lychee mousse with rose is the perfect sweet finale to an enchanting evening.
