Cucina and Pola Jointly Unveil the ‘Blooming Beauty’ Afternoon Tea Experience
Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel
The afternoon tea is inspired by the newly launched POLA B.A 7th Generation: B.A Lotion, which provides deep hydration with its fast-penetrating formula; the B.A Milk, which enhances elasticity and promotes luminous, firm skin; and the B.A Cream, which melts into the skin to create a polished texture. With their refreshing citrus fragrance, these products all embody the essence of nature.
Cucina’s Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno crafts an Italian afternoon tea experience that celebrates natural ingredients with a vibrant citrus flair. On the savoury side, the scallop, green apple, pesto perlage, blinis features tender scallop that is paired with a vibrant pesto and enhanced by the zesty aromas of a bergamot spray. Other highlights include the smoked salmon and avocado tart with caviar as well as the luxurious duck liver terrine with mixed berry gelée.
The tea set also features six delicate sweet morsels that reflect the distinctive characteristics of POLA’s products. Not to be missed is the elderflower panna cotta with cherry sauce, which boasts a silky texture complemented by a refreshing hint of mint. Meanwhile, the strawberry éclair delights with a rich and smooth filling encased in an airy choux pastry. Other exquisite confections include a tangy lemon chocolate praline and a velvety raspberry and chocolate cake that is elegantly adorned with the POLA logo.
Guests who order the tea set will each receive an exclusive POLA Deluxe Trial Kit valued at HK$295. The set includes the brand’s B.A Cleansing Cream (9g), B.A Lotion (8ml), and B.A Milk (8ml), along with a rewards card (available while stocks last) that can be used to redeem complimentary hand treatment services and receive a B.A Beauty Kit upon any purchase at all the POLA store branches in Hong Kong.
