Festive Culinary Experiences
Guests and their loved ones can enjoy an exciting lineup of festive menus at Cucina, Cafe Marco, Lobby Lounge, Three on Canton, and SAVVY. On the second day of the Chinese New Year, guests are invited to continue the celebration at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel’s private harbourfront deck, which offers spectacular views of the fireworks display.

An Italian Soirée 
Chef Andrea presents a specially curated Italian menu paired with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour on the second day of the Chinese New Year. Highlights include linguine with Mediterranean red prawn, cherry tomatoes, and arrabbiata sauce and roasted wagyu beef tenderloin, Alaskan king crab, romanesco purée, and truffle sauce. Feast of Abundance 
Cafe Marco ushers in the Year of the Horse with a lavish Chinese New Year buffet from 16 to 19 February 2026. The feast showcases auspicious dishes such as salmon yusheng and braised dried oysters with black sea moss. Guests can also indulge in classic Chinese delicacies, such as roasted suckling pig and stewed fish maw, abalone, ginger with mushroom and vegetables. As a festive treat, a complimentary mini poon choi brimming with premium ingredients will be served to every two diners.

Exquisite Fireworks Set Dinner
Lobby Lounge marks the second day of Chinese New Year with a four-course set dinner featuring salmon carpaccio with caviar and lemon mustard dressing and pan-fried cod fillet with potato purée, baby carrots, and champagne lobster sauce. Chinese New Year Delights
Ring in the Year of the Horse with three festive puddings crafted to celebrate the season. Guests can enjoy the Chinese turnip cake with conpoy, the classic coconut pudding, and the water chestnut cake. These elegantly packaged handcrafted puddings are perfect for gifting or enjoying at home.
