Cucina’s Taste of Italia showcases the variety of Italian cuisine through a buffet featuring Osso Buco Milanese, Chicken Parmigiana, Tomato and Burrata Salad, Crostata, Limoncello, and various Italian-inspired dishes. Launched this September, the Italian-themed buffet is available every Thursday to Sunday for lunch and Thursday to Saturday for dinner. Served in a setting made for gathering, the experience brings the warm and welcoming spirit of the Italian table to Marco Polo Ortigas Manila.
Meanwhile, Cafe Pronto showcases familiar Filipino flavors with contemporary creations. The collection features the White Choco Ube Latte, Chilled Espresso Sunrise, and Creamy Peanut Butter Latte, each offering a distinct interpretation of coffee through harmonious and cleverly balanced flavor combinations. Among the highlights is the White Choco Ube Latte, which combines smooth espresso with white chocolate and ube. Long associated with Filipino favorites such as ube halaya and halo-halo, ube has become increasingly prominent in contemporary cuisine, bringing its naturally vibrant hue and subtly sweet character to a modern coffee creation.
Together, these offerings look at cuisine as something living, shaped by tradition, yet never bound by it. Italian classics meet the spirit of the Filipino table at Cucina, while familiar local flavors take on new expressions at Cafe Pronto.
