SAVVY and Theory Present a Spring Afternoon Tea Celebrating Seasonal Flavours and Styles

This enchanting experience is available from 1 May to 30 June 2025 and features a carefully curated menu that reflects the vibrant colours of Theory’s Spring 2025 collection while also embodying the essence of modern, effortless style.

Mirroring Theory’s Spring 2025 collection, which embraces a relaxed tone and blends practicality with elegance, the menu showcases a selection of dishes that offer both comfort and sophistication. Guests can delight in a variety of savoury offerings that draw inspiration from fresh fabrics and nostalgic touches found in the collection. Highlights include a matcha cheese ball garnished with chopped mixed nuts and the matcha bread stuffed with crab meat. Also not to be missed is the vegan rice paper roll, a refreshing creation that perfectly aligns with the spirit of the season.

On the sweet side, the menu features an array of delectable desserts that reflect the pastel colour palette of Theory’s collection. Inspired by the soft hues of cherry, pearl, and greenstone, treats such as the matcha lychee cheesecake and raspberry yuzu cups evoke the fresh and vibrant tones of springtime attire. The yuzu meringue tart and matcha red bean cake roll bring a whimsical touch to the afternoon experience, while elegant macarons and matcha scones served with cream and jam offer a classic finish to this culinary journey.

Guests of the Style in Bloom Afternoon Tea will receive a stylish Theory tote bag and a 15% discount coupon on a first come, first served basis. The tea set will be served daily from 3pm to 5pm, making it the ideal choice for guests who want to enjoy an afternoon experience that celebrates fashion and flavour.
