The first stop of the event was held on the campus of AXIS. The hotel dispatched employees with professional backgrounds to deliver a vivid career sharing session for the students, making the abstract concept of "career planning" tangible and understandable.
In the afternoon, the students entered the hotel and embarked on a truly immersive experience of the workplace. In the Fitness Center, the lifeguards explained to the students about pool safety regulations, water rescue and first aid operations, etc. During the interactive session, the students enthusiastically asked questions, and the staff patiently answered them and shared real-life cases and experiences from their work.
From the classroom to the hotel, from listening and sharing to taking up the position themselves, the students, as "little workplace explorers", completed a growth journey that spanned from the campus to the workplace.
