Ms. Judy Chen brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the highend hotel food and beverage industry, having previously held several key leadership positions at Marco Polo Xiamen, including Assistant Director of RB&E and Director of RB&E. Her long-standing tenure at the hotel has equipped her with indepth knowledge of its operational systems, corporate culture, and the strategic development of its RB&E business.
In addition to her accomplishments at Marco Polo Xiamen, Ms. Judy Chen also served as Director of RB&E at Langham Place Xiamen, where she broadened her expertise in multiformat RB&E operations, largescale event execution, and international team leadership. She is recognized for her sharp market insight, strong capability in RB&E innovation, and distinguished experience in delivering highstandard international hospitality services, including her involvement in operations for the BRICS Summit.
