MARCO POLO XIAMEN CHARITY BAZAAR
Marco Polo Hotels
The bazaar will donate the entirety of its proceeds to the "Xiamen Huli District Xiaowoniu Family Support Center for People with Physical and Mental Disabilities," in support of families with physically and mentally disabled members. Each act of kindness and every moment spent there becomes a source of tangible aid and compassionate presence, channeling the warmth and concern of the broader community.
The lively and vibrant sound of Djembe marked the beginning of the event, as performances by the "Little Snails" set a warm tone for the extravaganza. Subsequently, students from the Xiamen Senior Citizen University passionately performed, interpreting the boundless nature of public welfare with their silver-haired charm, which also pushed the on-site atmosphere to a climax. The event attracted many hotel guests, community residents, and passing citizens who stopped to watch. The venue was bustling with a lively atmosphere, and merchant stalls saw a continuous flow of visitors. Attendees not only showed great interest in the exquisite products but also expressed high appreciation and support for the charitable purpose behind the event. Each inquiry and each transaction went beyond mere business exchanges, becoming acts of warm relay and resonance of goodwill.
The "Charity Auction" segment became the highlight of the event. Guests actively participated and enthusiastically raised their bids to contribute to the charitable cause. This not only added immense fun and interactivity to the event but also successfully raised additional funds, elevating the philanthropic atmosphere to new heights. Furthermore, the staff's donation and charity sale added another touching layer to this feast.
Mr. Jarold Ong, the General Manager of Marco Polo Xiamen stated: "As a member of the city, we are consistently committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities. The success of this event is credited to the strong support from all merchants and the active participation of the citizens. It fully demonstrates that when we join hands, even small acts of kindness can converge into a powerful wave of warmth. We are delighted to contribute our efforts to the 'Little Snails' and will continue to organize such public welfare activities in the future to spread more positive social energy."
