This meditation event originated from a monthly wellness series co-hosted by Niccolo Changsha and JUEW Healing. Held on weekend afternoons, these sessions offer a tranquil oasis for urban dwellers to relax both body and mind. This special nighttime edition was held in support of the global environmental initiative ‘Earth Hour’. As night fell over the city, guests began their healing journey with a hand-cleansing ritual featuring cedarwood essential oil. Guided by professional therapists, participants relaxed to the resonant tones of singing bowls, reconnecting with nature and tuning in to their inner voices. More than just a stress-relief experience, this event offered a moment of deep self-awareness and spiritual connection—rebuilding a meaningful harmony with the natural world. To mark the occasion, the hotel turned off its exterior lighting and dimmed or shut down non-essential public area lights.

Earth Hour is a worldwide energy-saving movement initiated by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in response to global climate change. Held annually on the last Saturday of March at 8.30pm local time, individuals and businesses are encouraged to switch off non-essential lights and electrical devices for one hour as a symbolic gesture of support for climate action.
