NICCOLO CHENGDU CELEBRATES 10TH ANNIVERSARY WITH ‘MEET ME AT 10·THE FUTURE RENDEZVOUS’

Chengdu, China, 18 April, 2025 — To commemorate Niccolo Chengdu’s 10th anniversary on 15 April 2025, the hotel has launched a series of exclusive gastronomy and lifestyle experiences under the theme, “Meet me at 10·The Future Rendezvous.” It draws inspiration from renowned artist Dong Jin’s acclaimed ‘Wanhua’ artworks, and is a tribute to the hotel’s journey, memories and future aspirations.

The celebrations began with a gala dinner hosted by Niccolo Chengdu for its esteemed guests and business partners. The event celebrated the hotel’s exceptional service and luxury lifestyle that it has embodied for the past decade, and featured a specially produced video for the occasion, performances highlighting the worlds of music, art and dance; the hotel’s resident band NY Duo; as well as four rounds of lucky draw.

In his welcome address, Robert Cousins – General Manager of Niccolo Chengdu, stated the hotel has been an enduring symbol of luxury, warmth and gracious hospitality in the city throughout the past decade. He added that the anniversary was a testament to the hotel’s continuing commitment to its guests, and the promise of many more decades of exceptional experiences.



Art Exhibition
In a nod to the anniversary, Dong Jin — regarded as one of China’s most influential contemporary artists — will showcase an artwork designed specially for the occasion. This and the hotel’s art installations, featuring its luxurious touch points, will be displayed at the ballroom of Niccolo Ballroom until 15 July 2025. 



Yue Hin Chef’s Special Menu
Until 21 April, Chinese Executive Chef Lucas Li presents a limited Chef’s Table set menu built around fine ingredients. It features 20 courses including chef’s signatures such as yellow croaker with XO sauce and deep-fried rice with shrimp, coriander in lobster soup. Priced at RMB 6,888 per table, the menu is available for lunch and dinner. 



Niccolo Kitchen Signature Dishes
Guests have the perfect opportunity to sample signature dishes from the talented chefs at Niccolo Kitchen. Diners can expect Slow-Cooked Beef Ribs with Herbs by Executive Chef, Benny Cai; Peking Duck with Crispy Golden Skin by Western Executive Sous Chef, Steven Lu; Beef Wellington by Chef Chris Yu; Citrus-Glazed Salmon by Chef Thomas Zhang; as well as Baked Alaska by Pastry Chef, Una Zhang. The specialties are served every Sunday until 30 April for lunch. 



The Tea Lounge, Anniversary Cake 
For a sweet creation, Pastry Chef Una Zhang’s special anniversary mousse cake artfully resembles an elegant round gift box, symbolising wholeness and hope. The offering features rich layers of flavour, blending the refreshing zest of tropical fruits with deep chocolate notes. The signature cake, available as part of the afternoon tea menu for two at The Tea Lounge, includes two beverages and is served until 30 April from 1 to 6pm daily. 



Steak Frites, French Set Menu
Also celebrating with a culinary journey is Steak Frites, where specialties are paired with French Champagne. The five-course menu of French fare includes a classic tartare, followed by comforting French onion soup, grilled crispy skin tender sea bass, seared Wagyu ribeye steak and finally, flambéed Crêpes Suzette is available for lunch from 12 noon to 2.30pm, and dinner from 5.30 to 9pm until 30 April.



The Bar
At The Bar, and for one night only on 18 April from 9pm until late, guests can enjoy free-flow Champagne, live music by NY Duo and vibrant beats from guest DJ Serena.
