Pastry Chef Una has ingeniously crafted six uniquely shaped, creative desserts inspired by three floral and fruity fragrances: ‘Figue’, ‘Electric Cherry’ and ‘Bitter Peach’. Among them, the iconic Fig Cheese Mousse resembles a real fig, with ripe pulp encasing a smooth cheese filling, delivering a soft texture that weaves together delightfully sweet and subtle savoury notes. The Bergamot Ganache features a rich chocolate base, with the fresh, bright aroma of bergamot emerging from its semi-sweet profile, echoing the lime and bergamot middle notes of ‘Figue’. The Brown Sugar Cream Banana Puff features a luscious cream filling infused with sweet caramel, reflecting the fragrance’s base note of rich brown sugar, and a full-bodied and velvety mouthfeel.
Inspired by ‘Electric Cherry’, the Chocolate Tart is crowned with a plump cherry, gently infusing the fruit’s fresh tartness into the mellow bitterness of chocolate, unveiling a sweet temptation within. The Jasmine Mousse fuses the pure floral scent of jasmine with the bright, sweet-and-sour notes of blood orange, embodying vibrance beneath a tempting sweetness. Capturing the gentle charm of ‘Bitter Peach’, the Peach Mousse features a delicate peach fragrance complemented by elegant oolong tea cream, which refreshes the palate and draws guests into an exquisite experience of captivating aromas. Each dessert is a narrative of scents, transforming the essence of perfume into a sophisticated journey for the taste buds.
