Featuring six sweet and three savoury delights, the menu offers gentle flavours and eye-catching presentation. The coconut mousse is shaped in a soft pink dome and surrounded by three thin coconut flakes with brown edges, resembling a ballerina in a lace dress, gracefully curled up on the beach, enjoying the sunset. The white chocolate mousse is topped with an intricately sculpted Tahitian gardenia made of white chocolate; its velvety texture and sweet-tart tropical fruitiness offer a refreshing summer touch.
The Japanese yuzu double cheesecake appears as a small cube with alternating white and yellow layers separated by glistening yuzu pulp—smooth yet light, a perfect balance of richness and zest. Among the savoury selections, the foie gras Napoleon features flaky pastry and a generous layer of rich foie gras mousse for a savoury indulgence. The colourful zucchini crab roll pairs Thai-style seasoning with the sweetness of crab meat for an appetising treat. The Sichuan-style crayfish tartare offers a novel flavour experience—a crunchy tart base filled with Sichuan-spiced crayfish, cauliflower mushrooms, and lobster aioli, for an exquisite taste sensation.

The “Endless Summer” cocktail series is crafted by Head Mixologist Colin Gong at The Bar on Level 3. Inspired by three fresh scents from KILIAN PARIS, each cocktail shares its name with its corresponding fragrance and delivers a refreshing buzz perfect for hot summer days. “Flower of Immortality” combines top, heart and base notes, like white peach, blackcurrant and rose, into a fruit-forward cocktail—a translucent pink drink that’s bright, playful and elegantly feminine. “Moonlight in Heaven” incorporates mango, coconut milk and vetiver from the fragrance’s profile to evoke seaside strolls hand-in-hand under moonlight. “Imperial Tea” highlights bergamot top notes, jasmine heart notes and vetiver base notes for a drink that reflects Eastern purity and depth.
