Executive Pastry Chef

Responsibility
- Plan and oversee the daily operations of the Hotel’s food and beverage outlets to ensure the pastry quality is consistently met
- Offer suggestions on new menu design and presentation.
- Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with company hygiene standard
Qualifications
- 8 years as Pastry Chef in a 5-star hotel or 10 years assistant Pastry Chef in a 5-star hotel
- Culinary school Bachelor diploma preferred
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Creative and Self motivated, Business minded and extremely organized
- Proficient in written and spoken in English
