Executive Pastry Chef

The Murray Hong Kong

Responsibility

  • Plan and oversee the daily operations of the Hotel’s food and beverage outlets to ensure the pastry quality is consistently met
  • Offer suggestions on new menu design and presentation.
  • Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management
  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with company hygiene standard

Qualifications

  • 8 years as Pastry Chef in a 5-star hotel or 10 years assistant Pastry Chef in a 5-star hotel
  • Culinary school Bachelor diploma preferred
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Creative and Self motivated, Business minded and extremely organized
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English
