Responsibility

• Restaurant/Bar Sales & Customer Relationship.
• Solicit new and existing guests in RB&E to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, private room and table visits, written communication and file maintenance.
• Permanently extending guest preferences and database.
• Actively offering the hotel F&B facilities and building/maintaining guest relationship.
• Actively creating customer loyalty by personal conversations, written correspondence, phone calls.
• Prepare annual marketing plan with members of the department, as a base of annual marketing plan of RB&E Dept.
• Evaluate local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
• Continuously seek Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.
• Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
• Embrace all the standard of Niccolo Hotels Global expectations.
• Works closely with other colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
• Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
• Fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros Computer System.
• Familiars and have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu and Wine List.
• Up-sells wine to increase the revenue.
• Reports any difficulties or problem to Director for solution or follow up actions.
• Work closely with chefs and restaurant managers on any food and beverage promotions
• Support, demonstrate and reinforce the Niccolo Hotels Values and Culture Characteristics.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years working experience on the same position in RB&E.
• Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication Skills.
