Guest Relations Officer

Responsibility
- Check guests in and out courteously and efficiently to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Greet and send off arriving and departing guests at the front desk and lobby, including those on the executive floor.
- Inspect VIP rooms before guest arrival, escort guests to their rooms, and introduce hotel facilities.
- Maintain good communication with in-house guests to understand their preferences and dislikes, record them in guest profiles, and assist guests in resolving issues.
- Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are addressed promptly, warmly, and helpfully.
- Stay informed about daily guest situations and dining activities to provide high-quality service and respond to guest requests.
- Participate in various front desk tasks, identify and report any issues encountered during work.
- Conduct daily phone follow-ups with in-house guests, collect feedback, and take timely follow-up actions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Review membership points redemption bookings and accommodation details for special needs (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, wedding stays, family stays), creating "satisfaction and surprises."
- Perform other duties as required by leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: College or above
- Experience: More than 1 year working experience in the same position.
- Others: Be familiar with the computer operating system in the hotel front desk, and have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
