Guest Relations Supervisor

Responsibility

  • Be well informed about the various tasks of the subordinated colleagues, manage, and supervise them accordingly.
  • Check the shift handover record to understand the matters handed over by the previous shift and be responsible for handling them.
  • Supervise the work of team members to ensure that they provide prompt service with a cordial attitude upon arrival and departure from the lobby, and give customers the treatment they deserve to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise team members to ensure repeat and VIP customers receive special treatment and service.
  • Be able to make appropriate room arrangements, give priority to customers' accommodation, and coordinate with the Housekeeping department to make other arrangements if necessary.
  • Arrange arrival and departure groups, ensuring that all arrangements are made according to the "Group guidelines".
  • Ensure that all daily reports and statistics are prepared in accordance with management requirements.
  • Monitor financial operations, including cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accounting precision and fund safety.  
  • Guarantee the operational readiness of all front office equipment.  
  • Facilitate occupational training for front desk colleagues to maintain quality customer service.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Education: College or above    
  • Experience: More than 1 year working experience in the same position.
  • Others: Have a good sense of service, team spirit and good communication, coordination and adaptability.
