Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibility

  • Monitor the Departmental Training Program and implement departmental training programs that align with our service standards and enhance employee skills
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to monitor and enhance service standards, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience
  • Assist in maintaining ISO certification by promoting work safety and environmental protection practices throughout the organisation
  • Facilitate effective communication strategies to engage staff and promote employee branding initiatives
  • Leverage technology to create engaging content, including social media reels, to promote our training initiatives and employee successes

Qualifications

  • Seasoned in training system administration, including Training Needs Analysis, training plan and training budget formulation
  • Familiarity with Forbes or related audit standards
  • Proven experience in training development, conducting and employee communication strategies
  • Strong technological proficiency, particularly in creating digital content for social media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing talent within the hospitality sector
