Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibility
- Monitor the Departmental Training Program and implement departmental training programs that align with our service standards and enhance employee skills
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to monitor and enhance service standards, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience
- Assist in maintaining ISO certification by promoting work safety and environmental protection practices throughout the organisation
- Facilitate effective communication strategies to engage staff and promote employee branding initiatives
- Leverage technology to create engaging content, including social media reels, to promote our training initiatives and employee successes
Qualifications
- Seasoned in training system administration, including Training Needs Analysis, training plan and training budget formulation
- Familiarity with Forbes or related audit standards
- Proven experience in training development, conducting and employee communication strategies
- Strong technological proficiency, particularly in creating digital content for social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing talent within the hospitality sector
