Quality Manager

The Murray Hong Kong

Responsibility

  • Identify areas for improvement and innovation, ensuring that all enhancements align with brand standards and contribute to a superior guest experience
  • Manage and administer key Voice of the Customer (VOC) systems, including online guest surveys and mystery shopper evaluations, while conducting data analyses and delivering monthly reports to executives and management for informed decision-making
  • Champion Service Excellence within the hotel by facilitating monthly audits to ensure adherence to Forbes standards and Michelin criteria, driving continuous improvement in service quality
  • Collaborate with various departments to analyze guest data and drive improvements
  • Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate with the Training department to provide necessary training
  • Facilitate operational audits for Engineering, Rooms, and Restaurants, Bars & Events
  • Pursue external recognition and quality awards

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Possession of at least 5 years of extensive exposure to luxury hotel operations in both Rooms and Restaurants
  • Deep understanding of understated and sophisticated hospitality culture, with a focus on personalized service and attention to detail
  • With strong presentation skills and the ability to lead the Department Heads in driving service enhancement
  • Well-versed in PowerPoint, Excel and hotel operation systems
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
