E.D.I.T., inspired by spring, presents the ‘Spring Awakening’ set menu, featuring thoughtfully selected seasonal ingredients. From farm to table, savour the fresh flavours of the season: crispy-skinned, tender roasted spring chicken and aromatic pan-fried sea bass, complemented by refreshing green asparagus, gradually awakening the palate and curating a spring waltz on your tongue. MiXR presents two spring-themed specialty cocktails, ‘the Peach Blossom Spring’ and ‘Spring Garden', enhancing your evening social gatherings. ‘the Peach Blossom Spring’ features gin and sauce-scented baijiu as its base, infused with the sweet freshness of peaches, lychees and pomegranates, balanced by egg white and lemon juice for a smooth and refreshing taste. ‘Spring Garden’ depicts the imagery of spring with layers of pink and green.
