CUCINA INTRODUCES NEW WEEKEND BRUNCH AND REFRESHED WEEKDAY SET LUNCH

Cucina’s new weekend brunch launches on 30 May, bringing a generous and immersive Italian feast every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
The experience begins with a seafood platter featuring Boston lobster, crab legs, and abalone served tableside. Guests then enjoy a buffet of Italian antipasti and chilled seafood, along with a bruschetta station, where guests can create their own combination with ingredients such as burrata, Sicilian tomatoes, egg salad, pesto, and more.
The brunch also features chef-recommended dishes that are prepared fresh to order, including fettuccine in fisherman’s style and roasted Sardinian porchetta panini. For the main course, options range from a Livornese pan-fried seabass to slow-cooked beef cheek with Barolo red wine sauce.
Bringing the feast to a sweet close, a showcase of regional Italian desserts awaits, including Piedmont bonet, Neapolitan rum baba, Sicilian cassata, and artisanal Italian gelato. The brunch is priced at HK$588 per adult and HK$388 per child aged 3 to 11.
Midday Italian Classics
Available Monday to Friday starting from today, Cucina’s weekday set lunch presents a rotating menu with regional Italian specialities that are perfect for enjoying against a harbourview backdrop.
Guests can start this midday feast with an antipasti trolley served tableside, followed by a choice of main course. For those seeking an indulgent option, the grilled 36° South ribeye steak tagliata with rocket salad, 24-month parmesan, Sicilian tomatoes, and aged balsamic vinegar is available as a premium main course upgrade, priced at HK$188 and is ideal for sharing.
The experience concludes with Cucina’s signature tiramisu, which is finished tableside. The set lunch menu is priced at HK$368, HK$398, and HK$448 for two, three, or four courses, respectively.
