Executive Pastry Chef captures the iridescent essence and core ingredients of the OUD NACRE fragrance, incorporating them into his dessert creations.
Each creation draws on the fragrance’s core ingredients and luminous character. Double-Layered Pineapple Cake is inspired by oud wood sticker and pearl, balancing sweet and sour notes with the richness of cheese. Pistachio Mascarpone Cubes, with its rich and dense nutty base, replicates the smooth and elegant pebble-shaped cap of the Armani/Privé perfume bottle. Vanilla Chestnut Mousse, with its light sweetness and pearl-like beans on top, evokes a glowing image of summer.
The ‘Pearly Lustre’ Themed Afternoon Tea is priced at RMB 488 per set for two guests.
