Razor Clams with House-made Mushroom Sauce are bright and appetising, with a pleasantly chewy texture. Mock Duck with Wild Mushrooms is savoury and aromatic, its crunch revealing layers of rich umaminess. A highlight is the Matsutake Chicken Tofu Soup – a delicate broth combining alpine matsutake mushrooms and the signature Sichuan cuisine.

The Matsutake Peking-Style Chicken with Caviar is indulgent perfection: crispy chicken skin paired with tender matsutake slices atop flaky pastry, finished with a touch of caviar for depth and complexity. Another standout is the Pan-Seared Wagyu Beef with Matsutake – using premium M5 Wagyu and high-altitude mushrooms, simply seared to preserve their purest flavours. Rounding out the menu is the Braised Deep-Sea Yellow Croaker in Mushroom broth. The broth is crafted by simmering chicken and pork bones for four hours before adding fresh wild mushrooms. Paired with golden-fried yellow croaker, the dish delivers an unforgettable richness steeped in savoury umami.
