Suzhou, China, 1 December 2025 – This December, Niccolo Suzhou unveils a spectacular festive experience in collaboration with Chinese paper artist, Mr. Anan, presenting a captivating paper art bear installation, set against a dreamy pink and inspirational silver palette. The celebration brings together centuries-old Eastern paper craftsmanship, luxurious design and sustainable practices. In addition, the hotel also presents a charming Christmas-themed afternoon tea and the exquisite Niccolo-Style 13-Course Christmas Eve Dinner. Guests are warmly invited to embark on a whimsical journey where culinary excellence beautifully intertwines with artistic inspiration.

This art installation serves as the visual centrepiece of the Christmas celebrations. Mr. Anan spent months meticulously handcrafting a diverse collection of bear sculptures using eco-friendly, renewable paper materials. These enchanting pieces, paired with pink and silver gradient Christmas decorations, convey a sense of luxurious aesthetics while embodying sustainable environmental values. Each sculpture features intricate details, seamlessly merging the soft allure of dreamy pink hues with traditional paper art craftsmanship. This magical display has become the city's newest must-visit Christmas destination.

Christmas-Themed Afternoon Tea (1–31 December 2025)
The pastry team at Niccolo Suzhou presents a delightful Christmas-Themed Afternoon Tea set, infused with holiday cheer and fun elements. The set includes five bespoke savoury dishes and six holiday-themed desserts, as well as a selection of coffee and tea. The Snowy Velvet Christmas Tree Choux Pastry highlights the contrast between the crispy puff pastry and velvety filling. The Cloud-Top Peach Oolong Mousse offers a cloud-like texture, layered with a burst of fragrant fresh peach purée. The Snowy Cedar Matcha Mousse Cake, shaped like a miniature Christmas tree, combines matcha mousse and raspberry filling for a refreshing, light taste. Chicken Au Torchon, Smoked Eel Cake and Salty Baked Beetroot elevate the afternoon tea with unique flavours.

Additional treats include Mixed Fruit Scones, Crab Meat Cane Shoots Tart, Pomegranate Almond Tofu Pudding and Christmas Candy Bag. Niccolo-Style 13-Course Christmas Eve Dinner (24 December 2025)
This Christmas Eve, Niccolo Kitchen presents a 13-course dinner that captures the joy of the season. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of Jinji Lake's stunning nightscape. Tables set with white tablecloths and adorned with miniature silver Christmas trees and pink floral arrangements lend an air of elegance to the celebration. Adding to the festive spirit, a lucky draw will be held during dinner — offering each guest a chance to receive a heartwarming surprise.

The evening begins with classic Italian panettone, followed by a selection of artfully composed dishes. The first cold appetiser, Jiangnan-Style 'Drunken' Freshwater Shrimp, features firm and springy wine-infused tiger prawns, paired with a unique sauce jelly made with a secret recipe. Aged and fermented Shanghai-style goose liver offers a rich, luscious texture. Scallops, prepared in the Peruvian 'Tiger's Milk'  tradition, feature a tangy, spicy and aromatic flavour. The delicious French turkey mousse symbolises abundance and reunion. Crispy-skinned sea bass, oil-poached to golden crispy perfection, features tender, succulent flesh. The velvety Black Truffle and Potato Velouté warms the soul with every sip. The Basil-Infused New Zealand Rack of Lamb is slow-cooked at a low temperature and finished with rosemary sauce to balance the lamb's richness. The Mulled Wine Sorbet offers a refreshing palate cleanser before the main course. Succulent monkfish, tender and delicate, is slow-cooked in butter to preserve its smooth texture. The premium Chateaubriand wagyu is slow-cooked at a low temperature for two to three hours, revealing rich marbling and melt in the mouth, complemented by an array of sauces. For a sweet finale, a classic Black Forest Noel dessert and a selection of N Logo petits fours, bringing the Christmas Eve feast to a satisfying close.
