The new co-branding afternoon tea, meticulously crafted by the Pastry team of Niccolo Suzhou, infuses SwissGetal's skincare philosophy of ‘LESS IS MORE’ into the art of afternoon tea. The set showcases four wellness & radiance items, six themed desserts and four tailor-made savouries, complemented by selected tea or coffee. Highlights include the Chef's Signature Osmanthus jade algae cake, Crispy abalone, and rum raisin scones. The Snow pear with bird's nest offers a refreshingly sweet and soothing treat, while the Avocado poached shrimp tartlet makes for a delightful appetiser. Themed desserts nourish new beginnings like clouds, with lime infused into basil cheese for a delicate texture. Rich matcha meets coconut-scented cream cheese, layered with robust flavours. The Minted green pea purée and quail egg delivers a refreshing sensation. The sweet, succulent snow crab meat is paired with the subtle tartness of green apple, perfectly reviving the palate.
