From 1 April to 30 June 2026, Niccolo Suzhou will collaborate with the luxury beauty brand HOURGLASS to unveil the 'Infinite Possibilities' co-branded afternoon tea. Blending contemporary beauty aesthetics with exquisite culinary delights, this collaboration infuses the vibrant radiance of spring into an elevated afternoon experience high above the city skyline, crafting a lavish indulgence that transcends the moment and enchants for every second to come. Timed to mark the hotel's 5th anniversary, it brings guests a dual feast for the senses, elevating both their beauty look and taste experience in the blooming spring days.
 
Crafted exclusively by Niccolo Suzhou's Pastry Team, the 'Infinite Possibilities' co-branded afternoon tea draws inspiration from five iconic HOURGLASS products. Capturing the joyful essence of spring in full bloom, it features an array of exquisitely crafted savouries and sweets with distinct flavours, weaving the beauty of spring into every delicious bite. The afternoon tea set includes seven themed desserts, six tailor-made savoury bites, a selection of premium teas and coffees, plus the chef’s special Kung Pao Pork Tacos, Wagyu Beef and Egg Yolk Tart, Beetroot and Hummus Crisp Cup, and Lemon Scones. The Grapefruit and Orange Cup, a zesty blend of fresh pomelo puree and bright citrus notes, awakens the senses with a luminous, fresh glow like a flawless base makeup. The Guava & Rose Cheesecake combines sweet and tangy guava puree with rich, velvety rose cheese, a delightful fusion of fruity aroma and creamy texture that captivates with every mouthful. Glutinous Jiangnan water chestnuts complement tender abalone and sweet fresh sea urchin, creating a harmonious fusion of land and sea flavours. Bright yuzu and bergamot meld with sweet apricot, accented by a delicate, lingering jasmine fragrance. Handcrafted into the shape of a vivid red lip, the Dark Chocolate is a striking visual treat with a silky, rich taste, just like the perfect finishing touch of HOURGLASS's iconic lipstick. Every bite is a thoughtful ode to spring radiance, fusing the art of beauty with culinary excellence in perfect harmony.
