Suzhou, China, 18 September 2025 – Above the clouds, a brunch extravaganza blending culinary artistry, artistic expression and breathtaking skyline views will gracefully unfold at the modern Niccolo Kitchen of Niccolo Suzhou on 27 September 2025. Executive Chef Jimo Ong and his team will orchestrate a multidimensional journey centred around the theme of 'Sensory Experience' through sight, sound, taste and touch. This weekend culinary adventure promises to be both ceremonial and immersive, creating an unforgettable gastronomic escape for guests.

Showcasing Eastern and Western cuisines, Niccolo Kitchen is a culinary theatre where chefs present authentic cooking styles and tastes. Featuring an open kitchen and a wraparound dining counter, Niccolo Kitchen welcomes guests on an exciting culinary odyssey to discover delicious food while taking in panoramic views of the picturesque Jinji Lake and the city skyline. Live performances by an elegant cellist and an energetic DJ will further enhance the brunch experience, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and relaxed.

Brunch features the  'Chef's Live Show' as its centrepiece attraction – our Chinese chef will prepare the classic hidden menu item, 'Eight-Treasure Stuffed Chicken',  delivering an interactive experience that combines visual spectacle with culinary delight for guests. The three food carts are another highlight of this brunch: The first one, a seafood cart, showcases Succulent Boston Lobsters, Plump Fresh Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Tender Poached Whelk and Jumbo Arctic Prawns. The Chinese dim sum cart serves Delicately Pleated Shrimp Dumplings, Juicy Pork Shu Mai, Molten Salty Egg Yolk Buns and Fragrant Steamed Pork Ribs, while a cart of light beverages offers unlimited red and white wines, beer, sparkling wine, freshly mixed cocktails, soft drinks and coffee—perfectly aligning with the social culture of 'afternoon drinks' favoured by younger generations. Additionally, the brunch menu features over 20 unlimited à la carte options blending Chinese and Western cuisines, offering a variety of luxurious flavours to satisfy diverse tastes. A vibrant dessert platter, including Fudgy Valrhona Brownie Hearts, Velvety Red Passion Cake and Molten Valrhona Chocolate Temptation, perfectly concludes the culinary journey.
