MARCO POLO JINJIANG LAUNCHES "MOUNTAINS & SEAS" HOT POT | A SIZZLING 2026 BEGINS WITH MINNAN FLAVOURS

Marco Polo Jinjiang

Dining, 5 February 2026
JINJIANG, CHINA, 5 FEBRUARY 2026 – This From today until 30 April 2026, the highly anticipated "Mountains & Seas" Individual Hot Pot is now available at the hotel's Marco Polo Café. This culinary enhancement is designed to blend the essence of Fujian's coastal and inland bounty into a single pot, offering both local connoisseurs and international travellers a warm and immersive dining experience rich with Minnan character and ritual. It is set to infuse the year 2026 with a fresh wave of comforting, "sizzling" vitality.

【DRAWING INSPIRATION FROM LAND AND SEA: SIX BROTHS SHOWCASING A PHILOSOPHY OF FLAVOUR】
The soul of Fujian cuisine lies in the harmonious marriage of ingredients from its
mountains and seas. With a profound understanding of this principle, the hotel presents six signature broths, creating a concentrated map of the region's flavours.
Minnan Satay Broth: A highly recommended favourite, its sweet and umami-rich depth acts as a key to unlocking nostalgic memories of Southern Fujian.
Classic Varieties: A comforting clear chicken broth, a tangy tomato broth, the invigorating Sichuan mala (numbing and spicy) broth, a savoury wild mushroom broth, and the exotic Thai-inspired tom yum broth.
The Concept: Ranging from rich and robust to light and delicate, these six broths are crafted to cater to diverse palates, ensuring every dip and simmer is met with anticipation.

【GLOBALLY SOURCED, METICULOUSLY SELECTED INGREDIENTS: FROM SOURCE TO BOWL IN ONE DIP】
An exceptional broth deserves premium ingredients. For this hot pot offering, the hotel has meticulously curated high-quality produce from around the globe.
The Essence of Meat: Featuring well-marbled, melt-in-the-mouth Australian beef brisket, alongside hand-sliced lamb and Chaoshan-style beef meatballs.
The Freshness of the Sea: Including live prawns, fresh scallops, and shellfish, delivering the ocean's vitality directly to the table.
Garden Vegetables and Artisanal Soy Products: Such as kale, pea shoots, old tofu, and tofu skin rolls, adding notes of freshness and rustic simplicity to the hot pot feast.

【SET MENUS FOR EVERY OCCASION: REDEFINING THE HOT POT EXPERIENCE FOR DIVERSE SETTINGS】
To simplify choice, the hotel has thoughtfully curated set menus for two to four persons (starting from RMB 168), each comprehensively arranged with meat, vegetables, staple foods, dessert, and beverages. Furthermore, a buffet option is available at RMB 398 per person, allowing guests to order freely from the menu (excluding specified seafood items).
This launch represents more than just a new product; it introduces a novel experience that merges dining, socialising, and leisure. By the panoramic windows of the hotel's restaurant, whether enjoying the elegant solitude of a solo meal, the romance of a couple's dinner, or the lively gathering of friends around the pot, guests can find their own moment of "sizzling" joy amidst the bubbling broth and dappled greenery.
