From July to August, the hotel’s Cui Xiang Chinese Restaurant proudly presents “A Journey of Fresh Summer Flavours”. This specially curated menu artfully combines the finest seasonal ingredients from both land and sea, creating an elegant series of dishes designed to cool and delight the palate.
Cui Xiang Chinese Restaurant is led by Master Chef Huang Mingying from Zhanjiang, Guangdong, who specialises in authentic Cantonese cuisine and local dishes, made with selected seasonal ingredients. These dishes are ideally paired with fine Chinese rice wines or a selection of teas.
