Stir-fried Chicken Fat Mushrooms with Scrambled Egg: Seasonal chicken fat mushrooms, stir-fried at high heat with fluffy scrambled eggs. Cui Xiang Chinese Restaurant is led by Master Chef Huang Mingying from Zhanjiang, Guangdong. The restaurant specialises in authentic Cantonese cuisine and local Hubei dishes, made with the freshest seasonal ingredients.
